The Team Nurse delivers patient care through phone triage, provides general
nursing support, carries out the instructions of the medical provider, and works
collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma, a KS LPN or RN license, and
CPR certification. 1-3 years of previous nursing experience is desired.
