POSITION SUMMARY
Salina Surgical Hospital is seeking a Health and Quality Specialist to
be a part of our Quality team.
Key responsibilities include daily
utilization review and discharge planning, infection control
surveillance and data reporting, assisting with employee health and
safety processes, and emergency preparedness. This role will also
manage quality initiative data collection and reporting.
Candidates must have strong computer skills, ability to multi-task,
be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent
communication skills.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an accredited nursing school or at least 2 years of
healthcare experience
Current valid Kansas RN license (if applicable)
