The Nursing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the nursing staff,
including nurses, medical assistants, interpreters, and referral staff to ensure that high-quality patient care is delivered efficiently and safely. This role provides
leadership, guidance, and support to staff while maintaining compliance with
healthcare regulations, clinic policies and procedures, and patient care standards.

Required qualifications include a valid RN Kansas nursing licensure and a
bachelor’s degree in nursing. Desired qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing degree, 5+ years in a medical clinic setting, previous FQHC experience,
and 2-3 years prior supervisory experience as a charge nurse, nursing supervisor,
or other leadership role.
