Blue Beacon Inc. is seeking a full-time National Sales Manager to join our Sales and Support Department. This position requires a good communicator who is positive, accountable, and organized. The primary focus of this position is building and maintaining a high-performing sales team while ethically driving objectives to achieve sales and growth goals. The National Sales Manager will travel frequently to meet with customers and establish new accounts.
Experience in the following areas is required:
· Five or more years of direct sales experience
· Supervision and leadership of others
· History of analyzing market trends and devising sales strategies
· Proficient in MS Teams (Word, Excel, Outlook)
