About the Marketing Manager Role: The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our manufacturing products through development, coordinating, managing and executing strategic marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also supervise and provide leadership to the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing policies and programs aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Analyze and research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Build and nurture partnerships with all departments through effective communication, collaboration, and trust-building.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Customer Focus:
- Develop customer-centric marketing initiatives to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Develop internal customer marketing to align with employer of choice campaign.
- Utilize empathy and active listening to address customer needs effectively.
- Campaign Execution:
- Design, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve measurable results.
- Performance Measurement:
- Set clear goals and KPIs, regularly reviewing outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Report on marketing performance, using insights to inform future strategies.
- Hold self and team accountable to delivering goals and KPI’s.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing marketing expenditures.
- Facilitating Change:
- Drive change initiatives that enhance organizational adaptability and customer responsiveness.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize advanced knowledge in brand management, product positioning, financial planning, and communication systems to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to maintain relevance and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required, plus a minimum of five years Marketing Management or other related experience generally required.
- Experience in developing and implementing Lead Generating Inbound Marketing programs with B2B target audience experience with proven track record of directing internal or external resources in developing effective creative communication content (5-7 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate detailed information to customers, coworkers and management.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate computer and computer software, to include HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally on an as needed basis up to 40%.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: This role requires regular verbal and written communication, as well as physical activity, including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and walking. Occasionally, the employee may lift up to 50 pounds and must possess various vision abilities like close and peripheral vision. The work environment primarily consists of indoor settings with proper lighting, ventilation, and temperature control, though occasional exposure to outdoor elements and high noise levels may occur.
