JOB SUMMARY:
Our retail business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Parts Sales. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Applicants need to be self motivated and have a desire to work hard. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the storefront
- Provide information and knowledge for walk in customers
- Sell our products to walk in customers as well as customers via phone
What you’ll need to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems/software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds.
