This position is responsible for managing the input collection, organization, and
reporting of data and information for the safety and quality programs at SFHC.

The Clinical Informaticist drives the optimal, efficient, and effective use of clinical
information systems and technology as it relates to patient care, patient safety,
user satisfaction, clinical productivity, and clinical outcomes, and serves as the key
contact that bridges the gap between people, processes, clinical knowledge, andtechnology.
Serves as a liaison between clinical departments, quality management, and
information systems.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Informatics, or
other healthcare related field, previous experience with EHR systems and
healthcare databases, and knowledge of healthcare safety and quality
improvement principles.

Screening and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
