Clinic Scheduling Associate

• Operates Salina Regional Medical Group (SRMG) customer call center for the assigned clinic(s) as an access contact to the public, patient, physician and internally in a busy consolidated call center environment.
• Provides routine information, patient scheduling, and directs calls to appropriate areas for all clinic operations. Responsible for answering calls to the scheduling number of the assigned clinic. Also responsible for proper administration of alarm notification for the assigned clinic (s).

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or equivalent;
• Medical terminology course preferred
• Must be 18 years old

• 1 Year medical/clinical office experience preferred
